Our Process

When we accept a new search we discuss with our client in detail what the position entails and the skills and experience a candidate must possess to be considered highly qualified for the position. Due to our extensive backgrounds in the industry, we are easily able to understand our clients’ needs for various roles within their organizations. We then begin our research and take an organized approach to finding the right candidate. Sometimes the ideal candidate is already a contact in our database. When that isn’t the case, we take an aggressive approach to sourcing, mainly seeking out passive candidates. Our recruiting methods help us uncover top talent that our clients may not otherwise find.

We do not inundate our clients with resumes each time we accept a search. We take the time to search for the right candidate and present only the top qualified candidates per position. These are candidates we have thoroughly screened and feel very strongly are the right fit for our clients. Our edict is, “If we wouldn’t hire them to work with us, we won’t send them to interview with you.” Our ultimate goal is to develop beneficial long-term relationships with both our clients and candidates, not just make a quick placement. What sets us apart from our competitors is our commitment to see the placements thru the full-cycle recruitment process and beyond.
